What is Yoga?

Yoga is the name of a group of physical, mental and spiritual practices and disciplines of Indian origin. It is one of six traditional Hindu philosophical Orthodox schools.

It is a discipline for physical and mental well-being. It is a set of practices, studies and teachings that aim to help us be happy and live better.

It is the method by which the agitated mind is calmed, while the vital energy is directed in a constructive way.

Mental benefits

There are countless benefits of Yoga on the mind: reduction of stress, greater concentration, control of anger and overall improvement of mood.

The physical benefits

Equally numerous are the physical benefits of this practice: from flexibility, to improved blood circulation and posture.

Yoga is not a lifestyle for those who eat too much or too little, nor for those who sleep too much or too little; it is for everyone and aims to eliminate all pain and pain by exploiting moderation in eating and resting, regulating activities and harmonizing sleep and wakefulness." My project

Together with Phithan Pholbangkerd West, an established Yoga teacher from Turin originally from Thailand, I created a photographic project different from the usual. In fact, I combined the harmony of the main "asanas" (positions) with the elegance of the most beautiful locations in Turin.

"Flamingo", "Crescent Moon" and "Lateral Crow" are some of the "asanas" that I immortalized at Valentino, in Piazza Castello and at the Royal Gardens of the Savoy city.
